Ciena Corporation is seeking a delivery-focused Services Project Manager to lead customer engagements and service delivery projects across the United States East Coast region. This role drives project execution from inception to handover, aligning customer commitments with operational goals and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating scope, schedules, milestones, and resources, implementing communication plans, and providing risk visibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, Service Coordination, or a related industry.
• Excellent collaboration across multiple teams and strong influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer-facing service delivery projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and execution activities.
• Implement communication plans and provide project status updates, risk visibility, and resolution tracking.
• Conduct risk assessments and execute mitigation plans throughout project delivery.
• Chair customer and internal project meetings to communicate progress, issues, and delivery outcomes.
• Monitor project execution against scope, resource utilization, budget expectations, and delivery commitments.
