Ciena Corporation is seeking a delivery-focused Services Project Manager to lead customer engagements and service delivery projects across the United States East Coast region. This role drives project execution across the full delivery lifecycle while aligning customer commitments, operational objectives, and financial outcomes.

Success comes from coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project complexity, and delivering consistent customer results.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Service Delivery or Project Management or related field.
• Experience using project management tools.
• Background in optical transport and networking environments including DWDM/L0/L1.
• Experience coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Proven influencing and collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing service delivery projects across the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and execution activities.
• Implement communication plans and provide status updates, risk visibility, and tracking.
