Job description

Oversee and lead a team of project managers responsible for end-to-end design and delivery across multiple industries to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Manage the day-to-day activities of the project management team, including people, processes, systems, and measures. Ensure project management services are delivered to customers in a consistent, high-quality, and professional manner using structured and disciplined practices to align with company initiatives and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of Project/Program Management experience, with a background in low voltage cabling, telecommunications, data centers, and OSP/ISP construction. The role requires up to 50% travel.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Mentor and manage the project management delivery team to ensure the consistent execution of standards, processes, and methodologies for project planning and execution, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, client relationship management, and change management.
2. Lead the team to manage project delivery and execution through best practices that achieve KPIs, meet or exceed business results, client satisfaction, and SLAs.
3. Implement, manage, and improve operational strategies, business plans, goals, core competencies, and processes for project management delivery to support overall company objectives.
