Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the main point of contact for key data center clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering strong relationships. This role involves developing strategic plans for account growth, negotiating service agreements, and staying informed about industry trends.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage relationships with key data center clients, addressing service-related matters.
  2. Develop and maintain positive client relationships to understand and meet their needs.
  3. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
  4. Collaborate internally to resolve issues and enhance service quality.
  5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  6. Conduct business reviews and provide performance insights.
  7. Negotiate service agreements and renewals.
  8. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction.
  9. Develop strategic plans for account retention and growth.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  11. Act as liaison between nVent and assigned accounts, ensuring positive relationships and meeting business needs.
  12. Develop business strategies benefiting both the company and clients in the data center space.
  13. Manage large, sophisticated accounts globally.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in key account management, training, and technical project management preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely with 25% travel, mainly in the US; valid driver's license required.
  • Knowledge of program/project management is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
