Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Services Experienced Professional to support repair processing, vendor coordination, and procurement operations in Oklahoma City. You will use SAP, Ariba, MAPS and DMS to manage transactions, support indirect sourcing, and ensure compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating outside processing of repairs with approved vendors while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Utilizing enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, MAPS, and DMS to support daily operational and procurement activities.
• Applying departmental knowledge to ensure efficient workflow execution and adherence to repair and sourcing processes.
• Managing indirect sourcing activities, including Ariba transactions, invoice reconciliation, and goods receipt processing.
• Communicating effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and support business objectives.
• Handling administrative tasks such as filing, record maintenance, documentation, and transaction processing.
• Organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet deadlines and maintain operational efficiency.
• Supporting special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
• Working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.
