The ideal candidate will have experience in health services, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse families. The role includes coordinating support through the Early Development Network and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a health or human services field.
• 24 semester hours in behavioral or social sciences.
• Strong skills in communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Meet with families to review needs and goals.
• Help families access services and resources.
• Coordinate referrals with service providers.
• Assist with Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Schedule and lead IFSP team meetings.

This position helps families connect with services, understand available resources, and coordinate support through the Early Development Network. The Services Coordinator serves as a main point of contact for families, providers, and community agencies.

What You’ll Do

• Help families access services and community resources

What We’re Looking For

Qualified candidates must have one of the following:

• Two years of experience in a health or human services field
• 24 semester hours of education in behavioral sciences, social sciences, or a related field
• A combination of education and experience equal to two years in a related field
