ServiceNow Workflow Configurator / Designer – ITSM / CSM

Vertical Relevance is seeking a ServiceNow Workflow Designer to join our team as a W2 consultant or full-time employee, with remote work options. This role involves end-to-end planning, building, and deployment of software systems, specifically implementing technical solutions within customer engagements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, patience, and organizational skills to ensure customer success.

Required Skills and Experiences:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation within a financial services environment.
  • Proven client communication skills and stakeholder requirements management.
  • Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform; certifications such as ServiceNow CSA preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of consulting experience, with at least 3 years on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience delivering successful ServiceNow implementations across multiple clients in financial services.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSO, GRC.
  • Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow Workflows.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include engaging with client stakeholders to identify requirements, mapping requirements to ServiceNow capabilities, identifying and prioritizing gaps, defining MVP requirements, configuring, testing, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed client expectations on schedule.
