Qualifications

• 5+ years ServiceNow development experience
• 5+ years ITSM development
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / System Administrator
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow APIs for Server/Client (GlideSystem, GlideUser, GlideQuery, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax)
• Knowledge of AngularJS and Angular Directives
• JQuery knowledge and DOM manipulation
• Understanding of Server and Client Scripts in ServiceNow
• Best practices for writing efficient Glide Queries
• Debugging tactics for testing code in Server & Client-side scripting
• Experience with Service Portal, creating widgets and pages
• Knowledge of Angular Modules
• Ability to write practical and reusable code
• Knowledge of Bootstrap and HTML
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and customize the IT Service Desk Service Operations Workspace
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings
• Create complex data queries for Service Operations Workspace
• Use APIs to optimize queries and interface design
• Create custom tables, attributes, ACLs, roles, and business logic using scoped app development
• Design complex flows with Flow Designer
• Navigate the ServiceNow platform and perform system administration
• Collaborate with product management and operations teams to enhance support
• Use App Repo / Update sets for environment migration following best practices
• Document future development features and table relationships in design reviews
