Job summary
BRMi is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Adoption & Enablement Consultant to drive implementation and organizational adoption of ServiceNow SPM across HR PMO functions. This contractor will act as a trusted advisor, trainer, and SME during the transition to a centralized SPM solution.
You will partner with Portfolio, Program, and Project Managers and business stakeholders to drive user adoption, establish best practices, provide hands-on support, and develop sustainable operating
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow SPM
- Experience leading SPM/PPM transformations in large organizations
- Experience training PMOs and stakeholders on ServiceNow SPM
- Strong knowledge of portfolio, program, project, demand, and resource management
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for ServiceNow SPM capabilities and best practices
- Advise leadership and PMO stakeholders on processes enabled by SPM
- Recommend configuration, workflow, governance, and reporting approaches
- Identify opportunities to streamline portfolio management processes and improve user experience
- Develop and deliver role-based training for PMs and stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, office hours, demonstrations, and hands-on learning sessions
- Support users during implementation, pilot, and post-launch phases
- Coach teams on migrating from legacy tools to new workflows
- Create SOPs, process guides, and training materials
