Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM/BCM Architect to lead and grow our ServiceNow IRM/BCM practice. The role involves designing solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding development teams to implement effective business continuity and risk management solutions using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow IRM/BCM solutions aligned with client needs.
• Advise on IRM/BCM best practices and oversee architecture deployment.
• Mentor developers and ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaborate across teams to identify complex technical requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with 5+ years as a Solution Architect.
• Minimum 2 years in BCM architecture within IRM domain.
• Expertise in BCM processes and ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, JSON, and CSDM 4.0.
