Responsibilities

Peraton is looking to fill a critical role for a ServiceNow Solution Architect.

As ServiceNow Solution Architect and AIOps SME, you will be:

• Extremely knowledgeable about architecture, optimization, and staffing a complex ServiceNow implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver IT Operations Management (ITOM) and observability solutions, focusing on request fulfillment and automated workflows via ServiceNow Service Catalogs and ITIL processes.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in identifying and enabling AI initiatives within existing and new programs, specifically using ServiceNow.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience with a BS/BA; 10 years with an MS/MA; 7 years with a Ph.D.
• US Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI
• At least 2 years of experience with the design, development, and support of ITOM and/or observability solutions
• At least 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience mentoring ServiceNow developers and leading a Center of Excellence (COE)
• Familiarity with Agile development and testing methodologies
• ITIL certification or foundation knowledge
• Experience with large software systems, hardware integration, and testing
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams
• Experience with SAFe agile methodology
• Knowledge of test automation, TDD, CI/CD practices
• Experience using Kanban to optimize support team workflows
• Advanced certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Experience with ITOM and observability tools and data
• Proficiency with JIRA, Git, Confluence
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
