• Knowledge of ITSM processes and security best practices; able to troubleshoot and optimize platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Create business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, participate in upgrades, and maintain documentation.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development and security best practices.
