Job summary

Our client, a leader in enterprise support and technology services, seeks a Production Support Analyst to join their team in Chandler, AZ. You will provide Level 3 production support for enterprise applications, monitor incidents, and ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, analytical skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Experience in Production Support, Application Support, Technical Operations, or a related support engineering role.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes.
Ability to independently evaluate requests and push back when proper controls or approvals are not present.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 production support for enterprise applications and services supporting the ServiceNow environment.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents impacting production systems and dependent services.
Support data movement and integration processes across multiple platforms and applications.
Execute and monitor scheduled jobs, including AutoSys workloads, ensuring successful completion and timely issue resolution.
Partner with support teams and stakeholders to resolve production issues while maintaining system integrity and compliance.
