This remote role will lead the vision, roadmap, and Agile delivery for enterprise security solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including SecOps, BCM, and custom applications. You will collaborate with Business Stakeholders, CISO leadership, and Enterprise Architects to align priorities, enforce platform best practices, and drive secure API integrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product ownership or equivalent within ServiceNow.
• Experience delivering SecOps, BCM, and custom workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum, SAFe, Kanban.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.

What's the Job?

• Lead the vision, technical roadmap, and Agile delivery for enterprise security solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Oversee a comprehensive suite of security products including SecOps, BCM, and custom security applications.
• Collaborate closely with Business Stakeholders, CISO leadership, Enterprise Architects, and Agile teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prioritize product backlog, enforce platform best practices, and ensure high-quality API integrations with third-party security tools.
• Drive security automation initiatives and oversee platform upgrades and quality assurance processes.

What's Needed?

• At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in product ownership, business analysis, or technical implementation within ServiceNow.
• Proven expertise delivering solutions across SecOps, BCM, and custom workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow table structures, workflow engines, ACLs, Script Includes, and catalog configurations.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, and experience leveraging CSDM 4.0/5.0.
