Scope:

The Principal Technical Consultant will serve as the lead technical architect and subject matter expert for Phase 2 of the Lessons Learned application, providing strategic guidance and oversight for all technical aspects of the 16-week engagement. This role requires a significantly more senior level of expertise than the Senior Technical Consultant roles, focusing on high-level architectural decisions, complex problem-solving, and strategic technical guidance. They will be responsible for designing scalable and robust solutions for complex requirements, such as architecture for enhanced search capabilities, reporting and analytics frameworks, and intricate application integration points, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and clients’ enterprise architecture.

This role involves mentoring and guiding Senior Technical Consultants, reviewing technical designs and code, and ensuring overall technical integrity and quality of deliverables. The Principal Technical Consultant will act as the primary technical liaison for clients’ stakeholders, translating business needs into technical strategies, leading workshops, and resolving high-level technical challenges. They will oversee build, testing, and deployment processes to ensure successful delivery of Phase 2 from a technical perspective.

Required Certifications:

CAD, CSA, and a minimum of 2 CIS certifications.
