We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with the following qualifications:

1. 8 to 12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.
2. At least 12 to 14 years of overall experience in the IT industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing domain, architecture, and technical insights for projects.
• Participating in requirement gathering meetings and advising developers based on these requirements.
• Offering end-to-end guidance and review of modular implementations and customizations in ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience in implementing multiple ServiceNow modules and integrating third-party systems.
• Guiding the implementation of ServiceNow modules, primarily MCO, CSM, ITSM, and platform configuration.
• Utilizing client and server APIs such as GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.
• Validating requirements and identifying discrepancies.
• Designing solutions and recommending best practices.
• Ensuring information accuracy and feasibility.
