Job Title: ServiceNow MCO Architect

Location: Houston, TX (Remote)

Job Description:

1. 8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.
2. At least 12 to 14 years of experience in the IT industry.
3. Provide domain, architecture, and technical guidance for the project.
4. Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide input to developers based on requirements.
5. End-to-end guidance and review of modular implementation and customization in ServiceNow.
6. Hands-on experience in implementing multiple ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations.
7. Guide the implementation of ServiceNow modules, primarily MCO, CSM, ITSM, and platform configuration.
8. Experience with client and server APIs such as GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.
9. Validate requirements and identify discrepancies.
10. Design solutions and recommend best practices.
11. Ensure information accuracy and feasibility.
