KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, Copilot Product Owner for our Digital Nexus organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities :

1. Drive and manage transformation initiatives related to middle and back-office activities, including identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and ensuring successful execution through GenAI technologies.
2. Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to align efforts, foster collaboration, and meet transformation goals.
3. Identify areas for process optimization, efficiency gains, and automation using GenAI capabilities, including streamlining workflows and reducing manual tasks.
4. Contribute to expanding GenAI’s capabilities within Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem, exploring new features, and ensuring seamless interoperability.
5. Create and maintain roadmaps for M365 Copilot capabilities and other Copilot solutions.

Qualifications :

• At least ten years of recent technology experience, including data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies; minimum five years in Artificial Intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of researchers and developers.
• Experience developing proof of concept (POC) projects and prototypes; quick understanding of new Gen AI technologies.
• Ability to understand both long-term and short-term perspectives and apply multiple AI solutions to business problems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills; capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners; experienced in setting goals and participating in strategic initiatives; able to foster high-performance teams and influence organizational priorities.
