Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze asset management requirements with stakeholders
• Configure ITAM modules (HAM, SAM) and asset lifecycle workflows
• Support integrations (e.g., SCCM, JAMF, Tanium) and data imports
• Optimize asset tracking and compliance processes
• Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs for asset insights
• Provide user training and maintain documentation
• Assist in audits and ensure license compliance

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow ITAM, HAM Pro, SAM Pro
• Discovery, CMDB, and integration tools
• ITIL knowledge
