Job summary

Astor & Sanders Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow IT Cybersecurity Specialist for full-time on-site work in Fort Lee, VA. The role emphasizes securing ServiceNow environments and implementing DoD-aligned security controls.

Responsibilities include configuring RBAC, ACLs, data policies, edge encryption, RMF artifacts, and continuous monitoring. A DoD DCWF-aligned qualification and active secret clearance are required, with 5+ years in cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years cybersecurity experience.
• Active DoDM 8140.03 DCWF-aligned qualification.
• Experience with NIST 800-53, 800-171/172, 800-161, RMF, and ATO processes.
• Experience securing ServiceNow in FedRAMP High and DoD IL4/IL5 environments.

• Coordinate with Government PMs and AOs.
• Additional duties as assigned

The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, candidate skills and education, geographical location, certifications, and business needs, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range. This salary range represents Astor’s good-faith estimate of compensation for the position at the time of posting.
