Job summary

Astor & Sanders Corporation in San Diego, CA is seeking a ServiceNow IT Cybersecurity Specialist to architect and enforce security controls within ServiceNow and align them with DoD Zero Trust requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, Active DoDM 8140.03 DCWF alignment, and expertise in NIST SP 800-53/800-171/172/800-161, RMF, and ATO processes.

Onsite in San Diego, CA, with a salary range of $130,000–$160,000 annually and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years cybersecurity experience.
• Active DoDM 8140.03 DCWF-aligned qualification.
• Experience with NIST 800-53, 800-171/172, 800-161, RMF, and ATO processes.
• Experience securing ServiceNow in FedRAMP High and DoD IL4/IL5 environments.
• Experience with ACLs, RBAC, CAC/E-ICAM integrations.
• ServiceNow GRC/IRM or SecOps experience preferred.
• ACTIVE Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, candidate skills and education, geographical location, certifications, and business needs, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range. This salary range represents Astor's good-faith estimate of compensation for the position at the time of posting.
