Job summary

Astor & Sanders Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow IT Cybersecurity Specialist to architect and implement security controls in ServiceNow for DoD IL4/IL5 environments. The role requires DoD and FedRAMP High experience and a current Active Secret Clearance, with responsibility for RBAC/ACL configurations, data policy enforcement, and edge encryption.

Onsite in San Diego, CA, with opportunities to develop SSPs, RMF artifacts, and sustainment of ATO, POA&M activities, and continuous monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years cybersecurity experience.
• Active DoDM 8140.03 DCWF-aligned qualification.
• Expertise with NIST 800-53, 800-171/172, 800-161, RMF, and ATO processes.
• Experience securing ServiceNow in FedRAMP High and DoD IL4/IL5 environments.
• Experience with ACLs, RBAC, CAC/E-ICAM integrations.
• ServiceNow GRC/IRM or SecOps experience preferred.
• Must have ACTIVE Secret Clearance

The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, candidate skills and education, geographical location, certifications, and business needs, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range. This salary range represents Astor's good-faith estimate of compensation for the position at the time of posting.
