Job summary

Astor & Sanders Corporation in Fort Lee, VA is seeking a ServiceNow IT Cybersecurity Specialist to design and enforce security controls for DoD-zero-trust environments. The role is full-time and onsite in Fort Lee, VA, requiring active clearance and strong RMF/ATO experience.

You will configure RBAC/ACLs, develop SSPs, support ATO, conduct vulnerability assessments, and coordinate with government PMs and AOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years cybersecurity experience.
• Active DoDM 8140.03 DCWF-aligned qualification.
• Expertise with NIST 800-53/800-171/800-161 RMF and ATO processes.
• Experience securing ServiceNow in FedRAMP High and DoD IL4/IL5 environments.
• Experience with ACLs, RBAC, CAC/E-ICAM integrations.
• ServiceNow GRC/IRM or SecOps experience preferred.
• ACTIVE Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security role and access matrices.

• Generate Security Assessment Reports.
• Coordinate with Government PMs and AOs.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• 5+ years cybersecurity experience
• Active DoDM 8140.03 DCWF-aligned qualification

The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, candidate skills and education, geographical location, certifications, and business needs, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range. This salary range represents Astor's good-faith estimate of compensation for the position at the time of posting.
