Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to lead delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting setting. You will drive implementations, configuration, and integration work while coordinating with client teams and Accenture specialists.

Travel may range from 0% to 100% depending on project needs. A strong background in ITSM processes, JavaScript development, and ServiceNow modules is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow implementations.
Minimum 3+ years' experience in JavaScript or related app development.
Minimum 3+ years' experience with Incident/Problem/Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment.

You Are

Within theServiceNowgroup, the ServiceNow Implementation Specialist is needed to be responsible for the successful delivery ofServiceNowsolutions and services in a client consulting environment.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need

Minimum 3+ Years' experience with ServiceNow Implementations
Minimum 3+ Years' experience of experience in JavaScript or related application development
Minimum 3+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Agular JS
Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs
Web Service Integration (API Web Services) experience
LDAP Integration experience
Single Sign-on configuration and administration
SQL Experience
Experienced and Comfortable Presenting to large Audiences
Advanced Application Experience: ITx, HR, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security, Asset Management, PPM a Plus, Platform/Integration, Portal/UI

Preferred Certifications

ITIL Foundation Certified i.e., ITIL
