Accenture’s ServiceNow practice is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to drive the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment, with travel as needed. Location includes Albany, NY.

You will work on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, and Service Catalog, leveraging JavaScript and ServiceNow Development APIs to implement robust solutions across client environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow Implementations.
• Minimum 3+ Years' experience of experience in JavaScript or related application development
• Minimum 3+ Years of experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Deliver ServiceNow solutions and services in a client consulting environment.
• Collaborate with clients to respond to changing business needs with efficient, scalable solutions.

You Are

Within the ServiceNow group, the ServiceNow Implementation Specialist is needed to be responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services in a client consulting environment.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need

• Minimum 3+ Years' experience with ServiceNow Implementations
• Minimum 3+ Years' experience of experience in JavaScript or related application development
• Minimum 3+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points if you have

• Agular JS
• Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs
• Web Service Integration (API Web Services) experience
• LDAP Integration experience
• Single Sign-on configuration and administration
