Job description

Our client, an IT Consulting company, is hiring a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD. This ServiceNow role is a great opportunity for candidates who have implementation experience with ServiceNow Human Resources Service Desk (HRSD). This is a 12 month assignment on a contract basis, working fully remote.

Responsibilities

  1. Be actively involved in the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
  2. Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  3. Advise clients on best practices within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhanced experiences.
  4. Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve project goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables.
  5. Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the company’s methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency.
  6. Demonstrate flexibility by delivering on a variety of project roles; including documentation, testing and training.
  7. Innovate and identify solutions that can be reused on future engagements.
  8. Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current and contribute to thought leadership.

Skillset

  1. 2-5 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically Human Resources Service Desk (HRSD).
  2. A comprehensive understanding of Human Resources Workflows.
  3. Experience implementing HRSD and working with Case and Knowledge Management.
  4. Experience with ServiceNow portal and ServiceNow catalog items.
  5. Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies and tools in a virtual environment.
  6. A passion for advising and guiding customers on how to get the most out of the product and for learning the latest product features.
  7. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  8. ITIL Certification is a bonus.
