Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to support the continued evolution of its digital employee experience and HR technology ecosystem. This individual will design, develop, configure, and optimize ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, including Employee Center, Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Relations, HR Workflows, Virtual Agent, AI-powered experiences, and integrations with enterprise platforms such as Workday and other People Technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong ServiceNow development expertise with a deep understanding of HR business processes and employee experience design. This role will collaborate closely with Intuit's People & Places organization, T4I, ServiceNow COE, enterprise architects, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD applications and modules.


• Build and enhance HR case management workflows, lifecycle events, employee journeys, and service catalog experiences.


• Develop custom applications, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and integrations.


• Configure Employee Center, HR Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, Employee Relations, and HR Service Catalog offerings.


• Create and maintain scalable, reusable development standards and technical documentation.


• Implement and optimize ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist for HR, case summarization, resolution recommendations, knowledge recommendations, and employee self-service experiences.


• Design intelligent workflow automation to improve employee experience and reduce manual effort and case volume.


• Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven enhancement opportunities.


• Develop and support integrations with platforms including Workday, identity management solutions, enterprise data platforms, and internal applications.


• Create and maintain integration patterns using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and APIs.


• Collaborate with enterprise architects and integration teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions.


• Support future-state architecture planning and platform optimization initiatives.


• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to workflows, security access, portals, integrations, reporting, and platform performance.


• Optimize existing HRSD capabilities based on user feedback and adoption metrics.


• Support platform upgrades and releases, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to development best practices.


• Participate in technical design reviews, develop testing strategies, support UAT and deployments, and ensure transition to support and operations.


• Work closely with HR Product Managers, Business Systems Analysts, ServiceNow COE, Enterprise Architects, engineering teams, and external system integrators.


• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.


• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience.


• Expertise in Employee Center, HR Case Management, Employee Relations, Knowledge Management, HR Catalogs, and Lifecycle Events.


• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.


• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday or other HCM platforms.


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.


• Preferred certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-HR.


• Experience with Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and Employee Experience solutions.


• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise HR transformations.


• Familiarity with Workday HCM and HR operating models.


• Experience within high-growth technology organizations.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
