Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer for a remote contract role to enhance HR digital experiences and HR technology ecosystems. The candidate will design, develop, configure, and optimize HRSD modules including Employee Center, Case & Knowledge Management, and HR Service Catalog, while integrating with Workday and other platforms.

The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow development and 3+ years in HRSD, with strong JS, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• Expertise in Employee Center, HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Catalogs, and Lifecycle Events.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday or other HCM platforms.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD applications and modules.
• Build and enhance HR case management workflows, lifecycle events, employee journeys, and service catalog experiences.
• Develop custom applications, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and integrations.
• Configure Employee Center, HR Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, Employee Relations, and HR Service Catalog offerings.
• Create and maintain scalable, reusable development standards and technical documentation.
• Implement and optimize ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist for HR, case summarization, resolution recommendations, knowledge recommendations, and employee self-service experiences.
• Design intelligent workflow automation to improve employee experience and reduce manual effort and case volume.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven enhancement opportunities.
• Develop and support integrations with platforms including Workday, identity management solutions, enterprise data platforms, and internal applications.
• Create and maintain integration patterns using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and APIs.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and integration teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Support future-state architecture planning and platform optimization initiatives.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to workflows, security access, portals, integrations, reporting, and platform performance.
• Optimize existing HRSD capabilities based on user feedback and adoption metrics.
• Support platform upgrades and releases, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Participate in technical design reviews, develop testing strategies, support UAT and deployments, and ensure transition to support and operations.
• Work closely with HR Product Managers, Business Systems Analysts, ServiceNow COE, Enterprise Architects, engineering teams, and external system integrators.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to support the continued evolution of its digital employee experience and HR technology ecosystem.
