Job summary

JCW Group is partnering with a prestigious investment management firm to hire a GRC Program Manager within our Risk & Audit organization. This mid-level role focuses on building out the GRC framework on ServiceNow, reporting to the Director of Policy Frameworks & Professional Practices, and shaping how Risk and Audit operate on the platform.

You will own the program end-to-end, coordinate with senior leaders, and bridge the gap between technical ServiceNow work and day-to-day program execution.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Proven program management experience, able to own end-to-end programs.
• Financial services background preferred, but other industries with ServiceNow + PM experience considered.
• Self-starter who can manage competing priorities and work cross-functionally with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the program management of the firm’s GRC system, bridging Risk and Audit within Policy Frameworks & Professional Practices.
• Build out GRC frameworks on ServiceNow, acting as a QA layer across the two lines of defense.
• Partner with senior leadership to define and drive the program roadmap.
