Job summary

amtechnologies is seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer with an active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly and DoD 8140-compliant Security+ CE requirements. The role requires 10+ years of ServiceNow experience and multiple ServiceNow certifications.

You will deliver secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions and contribute across secure environments while aligning with Agile practices and Jira story decomposition.

Qualifications

• 10 years of ServiceNow experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Security+ CE Certification at minimum per DoD 8140.
• Must possess ServiceNow Certifications.
• Senior ServiceNow engineer delivering similar scope projects.

Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required. On-site position. Must have Sec+ or better.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills :
10 years ServiceNow experience plus a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Must meet DOD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification at minimum)
Must possess ServiceNow Certifications
Demonstrated expertise as a senior ServiceNow engineer delivering similar scope projects
Understanding of all security related requirements in secure environments
Familiar with Agile Methodologies and ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories
Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
Strong technical documentation skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills :
STEM degree
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Experience configuring tools providing end to end visibility, monitoring, and analytics (e.g. AppDynamics, DynaTrace)
Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques
Experience leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domains
Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management, TeamWork Cloud/Cameo experience, Microsoft Project and/or Tableau
