Job summary

B4Corp is seeking an experienced Software Engineer for a ServiceNow-based program in Sterling, VA. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph and focuses on developing and deploying ServiceNow solutions.

You will design, configure, test, and roll out applications and modules, collaborating with system engineers to maintain reliability and security across environments.

Qualifications

• 16+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's or Master's degrees.
• Minimum of five years hands-on developing ServiceNow products.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR, CSM, Asset, Change Management.
• Proven success developing ServiceNow products using JavaScript.
• Database administration experience (Oracle or MySQL).
• Ability to estimate work effort and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan system and development deployment, ensuring software compliance.
• Maintain and add capabilities to the ServiceNow core platform for tenants.
• Develop, test and deploy ServiceNow updates per customer requirements.
• Configure and rollout new ServiceNow applications and modules; UI/workflow config.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow engineers to implement changes and updates.
• Document testing and maintenance of system corrections; ensure reliability.
• Research, design and develop enterprise-wide systems and applications.
