ServiceNow Engagement Manager Remote

Primary Location: Remote

V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking ServiceNow Engagement Manager Remote in Remote.

Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is a PLUS

V-Soft ServiceNow Engagement Manager The ServiceNow Engagement Manager fills an instrumental role on the Digital Applications & Services team, supporting technology implementation engagements.

He/She will employ their diverse IT and/or Project Management background and knowledge of industry trends to build and develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of strategic V-Soft clients.

The ServiceNow Engagement Manager will serve as the project and delivery owner to ensure customer satisfaction, alignment to project scope and SOW, and report effectively on quality of processes.

Education And Experience »

Emotional maturity Desired:

  • 5+ years of Application Development or Implementation experience
  • Active ServiceNow certifications
  • 10-14 Years working on technology projects Required:
  • 7+ Years of Project Management or Engagement Management experience directly covering ServiceNow projects for major a ServiceNow SI consulting company
  • Project Lead and/or Scrum Master Experience
  • Active Project Management certifications
  • Other Technology certifications Need to be able to align to at least Eastern time zone.

Knowledge And Skills»

  • ServiceNow Engagement Manager will work closely with the ServiceNow Practice Manager to identify and promote additional opportunities within the ServiceNow Engagement Manager’s portfolio.
  • Maintain curiosity and proactive familiarity with ServiceNow capabilities and industry / business best practice and share knowledge with the entire team.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of ServiceNow Project Management, Engagement Management, and Delivery processes.
  • Continually look for ways to improve systems and processes.

Professional Growth & Development

  • Assist on internal ServiceNow projects to document processes, develop templates and evangelize ServiceNow usage across the V-Soft organization.
  • From time to time, the ServiceNow Engagement Manager may be called upon to fill the role of Business Process Consultant, collaborating with implementation team members to coach clients on process best practice and design and deliver ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and assist the client and project team (as applicable) in applying industry and ServiceNow best practices.

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables and confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
  • Escalate risks/issues/concerns when they arise to Sr. Management o Mitigate risks and dependencies.
  • Facilitate client and implementation team meetings.
  • Schedule client meetings, workshops and team meetings (on a regular cadence).
  • Be punctual and present during all client meetings.
  • Serve as the project owner to ensure client satisfaction and alignment to project scope and SOW requirements.
  • Document changes in scope, risk, issues, action items and any other activities that have dependencies and/or require follow-up.
  • Serve as ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) demonstrating Best Practices and sharing knowledge with the client and implementation team.
  • Summarize and present executive briefings to client and our Leadership Team.
  • Ensure client deliverables are met based on SOW requirements o Manage timecard submission for implementation team members to ensure accurate client billing.
  • Track actual project costs against budget or project fees to ensure the project maintains expected gross margin.
  • Alert senior leadership when trend of actual hours is approaching budget or project fees to aid decision making around allocation of resources.
