Footbridge Federal seeks a seasoned ServiceNow leader to guide development, integration, and operations for cleared programs in the defense and federal space.

You will lead a team, set priorities, and ensure delivery within a secure, compliant framework while coordinating with local and distributed team members.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required.
• DoD 8140.03 / 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+).
• ServiceNow CSA certification with at least one advanced ServiceNow credential.
• Minimum 5 years of dedicated ServiceNow experience and 16 years of total professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows and RHEL, cross‑platform tools, and SQL databases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a development team using Agile and SDLC to coordinate, deliver, and track ServiceNow tools and integrations.
• Automate platform deployment activities with Ansible, Python, Terraform, and PowerShell.
• Perform platform performance tuning, manage database collaborations, and oversee root cause analysis.
• Support RMF accreditation efforts ensuring cybersecurity guidelines are met.
• Author technical documentation and deliver handoff training for end users and admins.

• Lead a development team using Agile and SDLC frameworks to coordinate, deliver, and track custom ServiceNow tools and integrations.
• Automate platform deployment activities using modern scripting tools such as Ansible, Python, Terraform, and PowerShell.
• Conduct platform performance tuning, manage database collaborations, and oversee complex root cause analysis for system issues.
• Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation efforts, ensuring all engineered solutions meet strict cybersecurity guidelines.
• Author technical documentation and deliver operational handoff training for end users and administration teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph.
• DoD 8140.03 / 8570 IAT Level II certification (such as CompTIA Security+).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification alongside at least one advanced ServiceNow credential.
• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated ServiceNow experience combined with 16 years of overall professional work/education experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows and RHEL environments, cross-platform enterprise tools, and relational databases (SQL).

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking background.
