- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including Catalog Items, Flow Designer, and workflows.
- Support the implementation and optimization of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module, including resource and financial management.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and translate needs into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot development challenges independently within a shared, multi-team platform.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
- 5+ years of professional ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience developing within scoped applications and multi-tenant environments.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow PPM or ITBM modules.
- Prior experience working in secure, high-side federal environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow PPM Implementer certification or related training.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow AI capabilities and AI-assisted development tools.
- Background in IT infrastructure, networking, fiber systems, or server provisioning.
- Experience serving in a technical lead or development lead capacity.
