Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow administration in production.
• Strong scripting and configuration skills in JavaScript, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB/ITOM modules.
• Proficient in debugging integrations and performance issues.
• Able to collaborate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow to support operations and projects.
• Administer users, roles, access, and governance across environments.
• Build and refine workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Support integrations and troubleshoot performance and data quality issues.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Assist with upgrades, patching, and environment synchronization.
• Document solutions and runbooks to improve long-term supportability.
