Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in IS/IT or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must have foundational knowledge of algorithms, systems analysis and design, database concepts and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT Applications teams to learn internal development processes and standards.
• Develop enterprise business automation solutions using the tool set of the assigned projects.
• Work with business teams to perform application testing of configurations, migrations, and customizations.
• Operate with Arconic IS standards and conventions and applicable Arconic BU/RUIT standards.
• Work across a global IT team to share information and best practices.
• Support end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives by participating in requirements gathering, solution design sessions, development activities, testing, and deployment of new capabilities.
• Work with process owners and technical teams to analyze business processes and translate requirements into ServiceNow service requests.
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of Integration Hub components, helping improve automation capabilities and operational efficiency.
