Alldus is hiring on behalf of a leading IT Services company who are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). This is a fully remote, six-month contract opportunity for a candidate with an active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD module to meet business needs.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to implement HR workflows and integrations.
3. Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI policies and ACLs.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to optimize system performance.

Skillset

1. Active Secret Clearance (Required).
2. ServiceNow HRSD Certification (Required).
3. Proven experience developing within the ServiceNow platform, specifically HRSD.
4. Strong understanding of ITSM and HR service automation principles.
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
