Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer (Top Secret Clearance Required)
Location: Remote
Position Type: Contract

Our client, a global consulting organization, is hiring a ServiceNow HRSD Developer with Top Secret clearance to join the team remotely on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work on implementing, customizing, and optimizing ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions across the business.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) applications, including Employee Service Center (ESC), Case Management, and Knowledge Management.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet the specific needs of the business.
• Develop, test and deploy custom ServiceNow HRSD solutions using scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Business Rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems as needed, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with security protocols.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with ServiceNow HRSD modules and related configurations.
• Develop and maintain workflows, service catalog items, and automation to streamline HR processes.
• Maintain and enhance the HRSD application based on user feedback and emerging HR service requirements.
• Ensure all custom development is aligned with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

Skillset

• Top Secret Clearance required for access to classified information.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on HRSD modules (e.g., Employee Service Center, Case Management, Knowledge Management).
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development and configuration, including experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD workflows, service catalog items, and automation.
• Familiarity with integration best practices and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong understanding of HR service management processes and best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and ServiceNow HRSD or related certifications (CIS – HRSD) is a plus.
• Experience working with military or government clients and understanding of government-specific security requirements and compliance standards is a bonus.
• Ability to work in a highly confidential and secure environment, handling sensitive and classified information.
