Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team, supporting a wide-ranging federal initiative in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, including HR Service Delivery components, within an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with fellow developers and business analysts, design and test new features, and manage changes and releases to ensure reliable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3-7 years related experience in IT.
• 2+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile development and test management in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications including HR Service Delivery features.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts in an Agile environment.
• Maintain and refactor configurations during ServiceNow major updates.
• Design tests and build test data for deployments.
• Support configuration, change and release management.
