Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Technology team supporting a large Federal agency initiative. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of ServiceNow development, and CSA certification.

You will build HRSD features, reports, dashboards, and customized workflows in an Agile setting. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to implement HR Service Delivery applications, refactor customizations during major updates, and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• 3-7 years related experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards, customized forms, and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Experience working with Agile Development and Test Management applications of ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience working in an Agile project environment with an emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable pace.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow functionality and applications.
• Refactor ServiceNow software customizations during major updates.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts in an Agile environment.
• Support HRSD scope and HR service delivery features.
• Develop reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Assist in configuration, change, and release management.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of work products.
