Position: ServiceNow Developer / Engineer (CMDB Focus)

Location: Hybrid – Chandler, AZ (Greater Phoenix area)

Type: Full-Time or C2H

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year (annual)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Configure CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation rules
• Build automation using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
• Support ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management integrations
• Troubleshoot CMDB and platform-related issues
• Perform CMDB audits and data cleanup
• Participate in Agile ceremonies

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development or engineering experience
• Strong CMDB knowledge: CI relationships and Discovery patterns
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM
• Knowledge of Discovery & MID Server integrations (REST/SOAP/JDBC)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
