Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our government and technology services team on-site in the Washington, DC area. You will design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications, implement APIs, and support critical government operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of ServiceNow development experience, JavaScript proficiency, experience with APIs, and active TS/SCI clearance. A CSA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years applying JavaScript in ServiceNow environments.
• Minimum 1 year developing/implementing ServiceNow APIs or similar APIs.
• Understanding of JavaScript programming language.
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance is required.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop applications including configuration, report development, and data migration.
• Perform custom development and third‑party integrations as needed.
• Carry out unit testing and resolve defects to ensure quality.
• Assist with technical design, documentation, and production migrations.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT support and development team supporting critical government operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Develop applications including configuration, report development, and data migration where applicable.
• Perform custom development and third‑party integrations as needed.
• Carry out unit testing and resolve defects to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Assist with technical design, documentation, and migration of changes to production environments.

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of applying JavaScript coding and development skills within ServiceNow environments.
• Minimum 1 year of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow APIs or similar API experience with other products.
• Understanding of JavaScript programming language.
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance is required.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
