Place of Performance:

Contractor may be required to travel CONUS and within the NCR during the performance of this contract to attend meetings, conferences, and training. The Contractor may be required to travel to off- site training locations and to ship training aids to these locations.

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an IRS Moderate Background Investigation (MBI)/Public Trust.

Position Summary
  • Experience: 5+ years ServiceNow/ESM Platform; 2+ years Federal.
  • ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge.
  • Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Data Policies.
  • Working knowledge of CMDB and CSDM.
  • Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspaces, or Employee Center.
  • Update sets, source control, deployments, testing, and upgrades.
  • Import Sets, Transform Maps, scheduled jobs, and data migration.
Scope & Complexity
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience with demonstrated capability to configure and integrate ITSM and CMDB/CSDM modules within large, data-segregated instances.
  • Resumes must showcase hands-on API integrations, data migrations, handling complex Import Sets/Transform Maps, and deploying update sets with a high degree of technical accuracy to avoid production outages.
