Job summary

Dexian is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The primary responsibility is to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business processes and drive automation.

As a secondary function, the candidate will serve as a Systems Analyst, gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting process improvements. Experience with HRSD is a bonus, and strong collaboration with Agile teams and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
• Experience with HRSD module is a bonus.
• Familiarity with requirements gathering and business process modeling.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow forms, workflows, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
• Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Ensure code and solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, including upgrade and scalability considerations.
• Collaborate with QA for testing and deployment in lower environments before production rollout.
• Work with business stakeholders to capture and document functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to recommend improvements or automation using ServiceNow.
• Translate business requirements into actionable stories and technical specifications.
• Assist in user training, documentation, and support for deployed features and improvements.
• Support release planning and coordination across teams as needed.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities - Development (80%)

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow forms, workflows, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
• Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
