Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions for project requirements.
• Build and maintain workflows, catalog items, rules, scripts, and UI policies.
• Develop applications using platform best practices and governance.
• Collaborate with architects and governance teams to ensure standards.
• Conduct unit testing and support system integration and UAT.
• Troubleshoot issues and document technical work.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Support deployment and transition to operations.
• Ensure adherence to security and development standards.

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid schedule)

Duration: 6+ Months with opportunity to extend

Role Type: W2 contractor role

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the Xpress Hub project through December 2026. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform while partnering closely with business analysts, architects, and platform governance teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong ServiceNow development skills, experience with integrations and workflow automation, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions that align with enterprise standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions to support project requirements.
• Build and maintain workflows, catalog items, record producers, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and governance teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Support deployment activities and transition completed solutions to operational support teams.
• Ensure adherence to platform governance, security, and development standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.

• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience supporting large enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance requirements.
