About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and developing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements. This role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, scripting, integrations, and UI customizations. The developer will work closely with the ServiceNow Architect and stakeholders to deliver a scalable and efficient solution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specializing in ITSM implementations.
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development, including UI customization, scripting, and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Experience with Service Catalog, Request Management, Incident Management, CMDB, and Asset Management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow security roles, ACLs, and user/group configurations.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Additional Requirements:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM).
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Exposure to ITOM, ITAM, or SecOps is a plus.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Successful completion of a Fingerprint background investigation.
