VOLT is immediately hiring for a ServiceNow Business Analyst — REMOTE

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will:

Work closely with internal and external business partners and ServiceNow Developers to align technology solutions with business needs. You will translate business requirements into technical/functional stories for the Development Team, and assist with designing, managing, and improving our ServiceNow application. Your expertise will help design and implement features that support our ITSM, HR, Finance, Legal teams, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a strategic roadmap and coordinate projects and enhancements.
2. Act as a liaison between business partners and IT to support ServiceNow, including analysis for system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
3. Utilize analytical, problem-solving, technical, and project management skills to gather requirements, evaluate options, and guide the business in delivering scalable solutions.
4. Own functional tasks such as process definition, requirements gathering, functional design, testing, training, reporting, and support of business applications.
5. Create and maintain project, application, and requirements documentation following ServiceNow best practices.
6. Drive adoption and ensure alignment of business processes and systems across the company.
7. Ensure data quality and consistency across ServiceNow and integrated systems.
8. Implement best practices to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience with SaaS business systems, including at least 2 years with ServiceNow.
2. Proven consultative skills, providing thought leadership and presenting options with associated risks and impacts.
3. Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
5. Passion for creating seamless user experiences.
6. Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems.
7. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ecosystem, and best practices.
8. Proficiency in building reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.

Bonus Points:

1. ServiceNow certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Micro certifications).
2. Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
3. Experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
4. Understanding of the ServiceNow CSDM.

This is a full-time/part-time opportunity.

Pay Rate: $45.00-$58.00 per hour

Pay will depend on factors like education, experience, location, job duties, and certifications.
