This role requires 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, an active Secret Clearance, and US work authorization; on-site at Fort Lee, Virginia five days a week.

Please note: This role is contingent upon a contract award. While it is not an immediate opening, we are actively conducting interviews and extending offers in anticipation of the award. The Work Our Digital Modernization Division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client’s business. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be a crucial member of our ServiceNow practice, responsible for providing expertise in all facets of the ServiceNow platform and integrated technologies. Your primary role will be to design and architect comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' business requirements while aligning with industry best practices. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.

Job Location- Must be able to work onsite in Fort Lee, Virginia five days a week.

What you’ll be doing (Responsibilities/Day to Day):

• Solution Design and Architecture: Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and best practices.
• Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions that meet clients' requirements and leverage the ServiceNow platform and integrations effectively.
• Identify and solve potential challenges.
• Implementation Support: Support the delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical oversight and ensure the design is accurately implemented.
• Ensure deliveries follow ICF and ServiceNow standards and processes.
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless workflows and automate business processes.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct performance analysis and optimizations to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of ServiceNow and integrated solutions.
• Address performance bottlenecks.
• Quality Assurance: Design quality assurance plans and ensure the technical deliverables meet quality standards and best practices.
• Project Management: Work with project managers to keep projects within scope and timeline.
• Communicate project status with practice leadership and clients.
• Support deployment registrations to maintain ServiceNow partner status.
• Security and Compliance: Design the security plan and ensure all solutions follow security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Work with security teams to implement security measures and maintain a secure environment.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidelines.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and share best practices within the team and the Practice.
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions across the practice.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in ServiceNow and integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Enhance your expertise to provide innovative solutions and approaches.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality solutions.

• Present proposed solutions to potential clients, explaining the technical details in a clear and understandable manner.
• Collaborate with the proposal teams and create compelling proposals and oral presentations that outline the technical aspects of the solution.

What you must bring:

• 8+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Must hold an active Secret Clearance
• Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.

What we would like you to have:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• Highly preferred- CIS Certifications at least two of the following: SPM ITSM Discovery SecOps Event Management Vulnerability Response
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends
• Understanding of federal government security and compliance rules such as NIST, RMF, eMASS, DoDM 8140, IL4/IL5 concepts
• Understanding of Risk Management concepts and systems including IRM
• Understanding of platform security including, RBAC, Data Policies, SSO, integration security.
• Experience with Integration Hub, Rest API and custom integration scripting.
• Vast experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and comfort with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
• Excellence in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and other relevant languages
• Experience in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations
• Demonstrated expertise in system architecture and design principles, with the ability to develop scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
