Our ServiceNow Architect provides tier 3 (engineering level) support for the operation of the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB/ITSM, ServiceNow Operations, Case Management, ITOM, and ITBM processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations with applications such as Active Directory, NetSuite, Manage Engine, Jira, and other ERP solutions.
- Engage in ServiceNow platform engineering, including modules like Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Case, Monitoring, and Domain Separation.
- Optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures; enforce coding standards across development teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients and manage a distributed development team.
- Work with ServiceNow table structures and data models.
- Understand Managed Services Domain Separated Environments.
- Work accurately with high attention to detail.
- Evaluate new platform features and their applicability.
- Participate in process flow analysis and redesign with the Product Owner.
- Develop integrations using web services (SOAP/REST), DBC, Mid server.
- Design and enhance ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Asset, Configuration, Change, SLM, and Service Catalog.
- Ensure development schedules are met and solutions meet specifications.
- Share best practices and provide technical consultation.
- Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and training.
- Provide strategic recommendations on technical best practices and industry trends.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Over 9 years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Proficiency in at least five ServiceNow modules with hands-on integration experience.
- ITIL v4 and Scrum certifications required.
- Five or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
- Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB/ITSM, Operations, Case Management.
- Experience with Jelly development, Domain Separated instances, update sets, client scripts, and business rules.
- Knowledge of JSON, API, REST, XML, SOAP, V3, HR.
