Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and a solid understanding of HR processes. The ideal candidate will lead HRSD projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with our organizational goals while fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for HRSD and ServiceNow implementations using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensuring alignment with HR process needs.
- Coordinate ServiceNow implementation with HR processes and HRSD modules, ensuring user training and adoption.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project updates.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HRSD workflows and ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on HRSD and ServiceNow implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Expertise in the ServiceNow HRSD platform and related modules, including scripting and data migration.
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation related to HR technology.
- Familiarity with ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
